ELECTRICAL

Screen shoud be\installed ,where the heat vent passes thru the ceiling. to keep pests out.  Upstairs unit is missing filter and the heat exchanger is rusting. Ducting under the house has no external insulation. Rust at the top of the heat exchanger is a sign of possible condensation due to a venting deficiency. Because off these issues and the age of the units, it is recommended to have the entire HVAC system inspected, repaired and serviced by a qualified, licensed HVAC technician.
